6 month $2800.00 + electric - add 6 month on site storage for $125.00 per month + electric

Chassa Oaks RV Resort is a small friendly social group of renters and owners.

Clubhouse, main room has 2 large screen TV's one for regular TV and the other for playing Wii. Heated screened pool. Fitness room with TV. Craft room. Full kitchen. Very clean restrooms with showers.

Homosassa Springs 7 miles north - Crystal River 15 miles north

Weeki Wachee 15 miles south.

The area is known for Natural Springs, manatees, kayaking, canoeing, fishing in back bay & rivers and summer scalloping. There is a Publix, Walgreens, Dollar Store and Walmart all within 3 miles. There is a wide variety of

restaurants. Tampa is one hour south. Ocala is one hour northwest of resort.
